Payment Terms

To ensure flexibility and convenience for our partners, we offer the following payment options based on the total order value:

  • Orders above €5,000
    Payment is processed via invoice (bank transfer).
    Once the order is confirmed, an official invoice will be issued with all necessary payment details. Production or shipment is initiated after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Orders up to €5,000
    Payment can be made either via invoice (bank transfer) or by card.
    After order confirmation, you will receive the relevant payment instructions

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent payment process for all our business clients. If you require specific terms or have additional questions, please contact our team for further assistance.

Manufacturing Times

  • 10-100 pcs = 3-5 business days
    100 pcs+ = up to 10 business days
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please note that manufacturing and shipping are separate steps with different timeframes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary based on package size and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery (10-14 business days)

Cost of Shipping: Shipping to your country is an estimate; the exact cost will be determined after the calculation. If the shipping cost is less than what you paid, our managers will refund the difference.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

  • Our prices do not include VAT, GST, or other import taxes.
  • Additional customs fees may apply depending on your location.
  • You will receive a notification from customs for payment before final delivery.
